direct accesstea variety
The hotel connects directly to the subway. It made accessing dining and shopping very convenient. I found the professional staff attentive. The room had good brands of skin and body care products. I appreciated the variety of teas and coffee.

the hotel is very close to the train station and a large shopping area (this made everything so easy!). i could access many restaurants very conveniently. my room, a superior twin room non-smoking, was spacious and clean.
the check-out time is quite early at 11 am, a little inconvenient.

the location was convenient because of direct access to the underground subway. the hotel provided easy access to multiple food options nearby. the staff was consistently polite, ALWAYS ready to help us.
i found the policy strange since they do not make up your room after 130pm. this was inconvenient because if i left the hotel after that time, the room wasn't cleaned for the day.

the room was super spacious, especially compared to other japanese hotels! it was impeccably clean and the beds, oh my, the beds were heavenly. i also really liked that the staff were so friendly and helpful. it's always a plus when you feel welcomed, you know?
Okay, so the only tiny thing was that i wished there were more laundry machines. It was sometimes a bit of a wait, but seriously, that's it!
